RULES OF EXAMINATION
  1. All examinations taken throughout the year should be taken seriously. Use of any unfair means will lead to suspension or rustication from school.
  2. Attendance is compulsory for all test and examinations. No retest will be conducted for absentees under any circumstances.
  3. Attendance criteria as given in the ’School General Rules’ column should be followed strictly.
  4. Students reporting late on the examination days will not be given any extra time to complete the paper.
  5. Errors in evaluation should be brought to the notice of the concerned teacher before the distribution of report cards.
  6. Issuance of report Card before the stipulated date of declaration of result is not allowed.
  7. Promotion criteria- Classes K1-K2 no child will be detained classes. 85% attendance is compulsory.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT RULES

Students availing the school transport facility are expected to abide by the following rules and regulations.

  1. Students are expected at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. Buses under no circumstances will wait for latecomers.
  2. Students are expected to wear their identity card throughout the journey.
  3. Students are allowed to use their allotted bus and bus stop. No changes will be allowed without prior permission of the school.
  4. Boarding and alighting from buses should be done in silence and disciplined manner. No student should come near the entry door of the bus till the till it reaches the stop.
  5. No student should stand or move on the footboard when the bus is moving.
  6. Throwing of objects from bus, leaning out of the bus or moving out the of the bus is strictly not allowed.
  7. Consumption of edibles and drinks is not allowed in the bus.
  8. Request for change in bus stop should be given in written to the school authorities and the same shall be done only if the school grants permission.
  9. Parents have to produce the parents copy of the identity card at the bus stop or the school gate. Inability in producing the I- card will lead to returning the child to their school.
  10. Damaged Identity card should be replaced immediately. For this parents have to submit an application as per the prescribed format in the school office, on receipt of the new identity card.
  11. On account of losing the I-card, a new card will be issued at the payment of Rs.250 per card (500/- for 2 cards).
  12. Parents or nominees of students not availing the transport facility should be present at the gate 15 minutes before the dispersal.
  13. In Case of emergency, if the child has to leave early she/He needs to make his/her own arrangements.The leave will be granted after fulfilling the following conditions.
    • A written request must be submitted in the office by the parents.
    • A permission slip must be opted and the school leaving register must be signed before leaving the school campus.
  14. Any damage caused to the school bus will be subjected to heavy fines.
  15. Parents or any other nominee is not allowed to board the bus under any circumstances.
DAMAGE TO SCHOOL PROPERTY

In case of breakage or damage to any school property including labs & library by any student (s) the student (s) responsible for that will have to pay the cost of equipment property damaged along with some fine as penalty.

DISCIPLINE POLICY
  • A provision is made that parents of uniform defaulters will be informed through students diary at least twice and on the third consecutive day of default, he/she will be sent back home and parents have to come to pick up their wards from the school.
  • The students who reach school late by any private vehicle will be sent back home by the same vehicle.
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

A student who is progress in studies his consistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is objectionable or injurious or other students on grounds of immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damage to the school property, will be expelled after three warnings.
The following disciplinary measures may be adopted by their school in dealing with the students behaving in an unruly manner or violating the discipline.

  1. Written Apology
  2. Susension (ranging from 3 days to a month)
  3. If an act of indiscipline is repeated after suspension or after issue of three red cards, the astudent will be expelled from the school.
